Apparently some Aussie knobheads are "avenging" Steve Irwin's death by killing stingrays & chopping their tails off. Um, that's dumb. The stingray war machine is no doubt gearing up for retaliatory strikes.

Do we know what happened to the offending stingray? It would have been far cooler had Mr. Irwin just lost a leg and then spent his remaining years in bitter search of the great beast.
I think the offending stingray is still at large, which opens an awesome opportunity for the sea world to hold a massive tribunal to sit in judgement on this murderous beast. Headed by Chief Justice Peter Lorre, this tribunal would consist of representatives from the various sea species who, after a period of deliberation, would condemn the stingray to an eternity of community service, teaching idiot dolphins how to speak.
